Our year 12 Young Enterprise team and their business ‘Illuminate’, have won the Young Enterprise Nottinghamshire Sustainability Award.

The scented candles are made from soy wax, use recycled glass from dessert ramekins and jars, and the packaging is made from recycled paper to make this an environmentally friendly product range.

The students have persevered during difficult circumstances and showed commitment and enthusiasm throughout.  They really deserve this award.
