Textile students in year 10, 12 and 13 took part in an exciting textile workshop with the artist Nikki Parmenter. Nikki works with plastics and free hand embroidery to produce these unique 3D wall hangings and objects. Students worked with Nikki to produce their own beautiful pieces in response to the theme of ‘under the sea’. Mrs Sheldon was so pleased with the work that they students produced. Nikki will be coming back next year to do another workshop with students as she was so impressed with their outcomes.
